What slotting is
Today your products sit wherever they happened to be put over the years. Slotting recalculates every location at once, with one of two objectives:
Objective 1
Every pallet in a slot that matches its height. The wasted air you pay for becomes free locations.
+10-20%more capacity, same racking
Objective 2
Fast movers next to dispatch. The same order, with far fewer steps.
−20-40%in order preparation
Looking for the technical background? It's in the GMP slotting guide (in Spanish).
The tool
The result doesn't arrive as a spreadsheet alone. Search an SKU and see which rack, beam level and aisle it lands in, with its dimensions in millimetres.
How it works
No site visits and no meetings to schedule. You measure with our kit, we calculate, and in 2-4 weeks every product is where it belongs.
No travel Nothing to install Across the European Union
Pedir el kit de mediciónMeasurable results
Before offering it we put it through our own test bench: 15,015 SKUs, 1,286 racks and 26 aisles, using the same remote methodology.

of racks used under the picking strategy.

strategies compared: you choose on data.
Wasted air costs money. A 1,450 mm pallet in an 1,800 mm slot leaves 350 mm you pay for every month.
On the test bench, wasted height fell from 31.7% to 22.8%.
Hundreds of locations recovered without buying a single rack.

Frequently asked questions
Deciding, on technical criteria, exactly which slot each product goes in, based on its turnover, dimensions, weight and the constraints of the installation. It shortens picking routes and makes better use of the space, without changing the racking.
No. We send a kit with a guided Excel workbook and an illustrated manual, your team measures with a tape measure and returns the sheets. No travel, no meetings, and a direct phone line for questions.
The metric system: millimetres for loads and slots, metres for the building and kilograms for weights. That is what European racking manufacturers use and what the EN standards require, so no conversions are involved.
Between 2 and 4 working days for a warehouse of 500 to 2,000 SKUs. No technical background and no software needed: Excel, email and a tape measure.
Two to four weeks from receiving the kit, including the days your team needs to measure.
No. We work on the existing installation: what changes is which SKU occupies each slot. The guide sets out the order in which to relocate, usually during quieter periods.
The viewer we deliver the layout in. It rebuilds your warehouse in three dimensions and lets you search any SKU and see where it ends up, with plan and isometric views and Excel export.
Yes. With no travel involved, distance is not a limit: we work across the European Union. Same metric system, same family of EN standards and data processing under the GDPR.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving a single file, if you prefer. When the project closes we delete or return all information as you instruct.
They are separate but complementary services. Slotting decides what goes in each slot; an inspection under EN 15635 verifies the condition and safety of the installation. Relocating loads without knowing the real capacity of each level is a risk.
Getting started is replying to an email
No commitment. Ask for the kit, send us your first sheets and we'll come back with a fixed proposal covering scope, timeline and price. You'll be talking to an engineer.
